New additions to the Moscow Zoo! In the primate pavilion Gerda gave birth to a female squirrel. The baby was born on September 16 and has already been shown for the first time: visitors can see him if they look closely - the baby spends most of the time on his mother's back. For now, the gender of the baby remains a secret, and the nutrition is breast milk. But soon he will start trying "adult" food: pieces of fruit, vegetables, insects. The whole big family is around the little one: two-year-old brother Samuel and six-year-old sister Tootsie come up to talk to the newborn, father Kai and aunt Teppy nearby.
