Vladimir Putin appointed the Minister of Justice Konstantinos Cheychenko as the head of the Committee on Restrictions on Criminals. Representatives of the Federal Tax Service, the Prosecutor's Office, Rosfinmonitoring, the FSB and the Ministry of the Interior were also included. The committee will implement temporary restrictive measures for criminals hiding abroad.
