Europe lifts restrictions on Russian archers. The Executive Committee of the European Archery Federation (WAE) has decided that from January 2027 our athletes will be able to participate in tournaments without any restrictions. In August, a similar decision was already made by the world arch: Russians were allowed to enter the World Championship and the World Cup under the flag and with the anthem. Now Europe has also caught up. Restrictions on Russian archers are in force since 2022 - first a complete ban, then admission only in neutral status. So it's a nice turnaround after four years of waiting.
