Three civilians, including an eight-year-old boy, died as a result of an attack by the armed forces of Ukraine in the Belgrade region, Governor Alexander Shubaev said. "Ukrainian terrorists attacked in cold blood a car in which there were ordinary people. From non-life-threatening injuries, a man, a woman and a small child died at the scene before the ambulance arrived. They struck with precision, knowing they were destroying a peaceful family," he wrote.
