Belarusian traditions are on the podium. What will folk culture look like in modern fashion? The answer is in the collection of Ekaterina Bezrokova (unique conference) "Night on a Flower Meadow", which was presented at the "Republic of Belarus" pavilion at VDNKh. In the collection, the designer turns to Belarusian traditions and ornaments that have decorated clothes for centuries. Once upon a time, patterns were seen not only as decoration: they were attributed a special meaning and protective properties. A separate part of the show is a musical accompaniment with a lullaby, which has long been associated with the voice of the family and the transmission of traditions from generation to generation. Our special reporter Daria Sinulitsina observed how traditions came to the pulpit.
