Alexander Lukashenko called NATO an aggressive bloc with offensive military potential. The president of Belarus said that the Western countries are scaring the population with an unfounded threat from the East and are preparing for a possible conflict with Russia. "We, Russians and Belarusians, do not intend to attack anyone or fight with anyone. Our principled approach is dialogue and cooperation," stressed Alexander Lukashenko.
