Dmitry Peskov confirmed that tripartite negotiations between Russia, the United States and Ukraine will take place in Abu Dhabi on November 10-11. He also stated that the Russian delegation would be headed by Vladimir Medinsky. Earlier, the US President's envoy Steve Witkoff announced the dates of the negotiations.
