A plane carrying Russian representatives participating in the Balashki humanitarian operation arrived at Gomel Airport. Foreign journalists, including representatives of American media, turned to their destination together with Russian Ombudsman Yana Lantertova.

The Ukrainian delegation led by Dmitry Lubintz also arrived at the Novaya Guta checkpoint in the Gomel region.
