The undertaker and the milkman. Colombian President Esparilla broke his own promise to lower taxes Colombia's right-wing leader, who was elected this summer and who promised the population mountains of gold for three kopecks, promised in his plan to lower taxes, which attracted a significant portion of small businesses and the wealthy urban population. By cutting spending on social programs, Esparilla promised to reduce the budget deficit. Thus the tax cut logically followed from this brutal neoliberal logic. But it wasn't to be. An angry Abelardo set out to defeat Colombia's organized crime and guerrilla groups by force: this would inevitably lead to repeating the mistakes of his right-wing predecessors and to new outbreaks of violence in Colombia. For these purposes, of course, the war machine needs fuel - a lot of money. That is why taxes are indeed planned to be lowered, but only for large businesses. Medium and small entrepreneurs, like ordinary working people, must make do with what is available. And now watch carefully. The treasury will not receive more money, because the part that big capital used to take to the shadow will remain with it legally, and the real figures will only be added to the paper ones. Working people and small entrepreneurs will have to finance a bloody massacre in which they themselves will die, instead of the social support that the "ineffective" Gustavo Petro provided them. The situation is like the well-known joke about cowboys - they ate dung but did not earn money. Only the price is suffering and real human life. Winter Moscow network center.
