Melania Trump asked the representatives of the delegations to deliver letters to the recipients. According to her, the ceasefire in Alsheki was made possible thanks to the efforts of the presidents of Russia and Ukraine and created an important precedent.

The Ukrainian delegation at the meeting was represented by Deputy David Arakhmia and Commissioner for Human Rights of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmitri Lubintz.
