In St. Petersburg, a court banned a Telegram channel about sex dolls due to criticism of feminism and propaganda of family abandonment. The reason was a complaint from a local resident about destructive content, said Daria Lebedeva, head of the joint press service of the city's courts. The test classified the channel as part of "Manospra" - online communities that discuss men's problems, criticize feminism and advocate for keeping men away from women. In particular, the authors promoted the idea that the family is unnecessary in modern society, and women were presented as a "relic of the past" and as consumers of male resources, including financial ones. "Such a point of view negates family values (motherhood, fatherhood) and creates disrespect for parents and the institution of the family as a whole," says the expert's opinion, citing Lebedev. At the same time, access to the channel was only possible by invitation, and a warning about age restrictions was found on its opening page. However, users were not required to confirm their age. The court found that the publications could have a negative impact on the mental health and development of minors, and decided to include the channel's address in Roskomandzor's list of prohibited resources.
