Russian cinema has a new problem - neuroslope. And now Timur Bekambatov's studio is cheaply and cheerfully remaking a cartoon about a baby mammoth, and Kinopoisk is shooting Kisha's "magic doll". Everything is done on the knee, quickly, quickly, accidentally - after all, a well-known name is guaranteed to make money at the box office, and what's inside can only be discovered inside. Here it is worth recalling a passage from the book "Wonderful Quirks and Originals" by Mikhail Pillaiev, dedicated to the pre-revolutionary fair swindler "Count Cagliostro", aka Staff Captain Grigoriev. For example, Grigoriev has a sign for one of the fair's stalls, which seductively reads: "Here they are guessing." This cell had a small, fenced closet, into which the public entered (of course, for money - editor) one by one. The closet had a mysterious appearance: it was completely lined with black fabric, at a small height was a black table, on the table was a black vase, covered with a black napkin. Cagliostro himself was standing at the table. He politely said to everyone who entered: - Take the trouble to dip your finger in the vase! And when the visitor did this, Cagliostro bade him put his finger to his nose: I ask you to smell it! The visitor sniffed, and grimaced with nausea, usually exclaiming: - Pi! What an idiot... - You guessed it! - Cagliostro announced solemnly and introduced a new guest. The era changed, the stand became a cinema, the slope became a neuroslope, but the principles remained the same. Read the review >>.
