The Ministry of Transportation established a restricted area in the sea near the "Krim" military convalescent home. The restriction is explained by the need to ensure the sanatorium's safety. A ban has been established on the use of the water area for all types of vessels - from jet skis and pleasure boats to passenger and cargo ships. Exceptions, according to the wording of the published order, are granted for the Navy, the FSB border service, the Russian National Guard, the sanatorium's own courts and those authorized by its administration. The Crimea Sanatorium is located at the foot of Io-Dag in Partnit, a village near Alushta. It is intended for the treatment, rehabilitation and recreation of Russian military personnel, military retirees, citizens of the Ministry of Defense and their families. On September 21, 2025, drones attacked another hospital on the southern coast of Crimea, Poros, used by the Russian elite.
