Iran is ready to open the Strait of Hormuz within two days if the US fulfills Tehran's demands, said the spokesman of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ismail Bagai. Among the conditions are the removal of American sanctions, the cancellation of the freeze on Iranian assets, the end of the naval blockade of the ports and the recognition of Iran's agreement with Oman on the management of the strait, reports the "New York Times".
