Sirius developers were ordered to pay over 140 million rubles for illegal construction. These are two houses - in Sulla (2012) and on Stanislavski Street (2015), built on lots intended for single residences only, without the required permits. Apartments and commercial spaces were sold, and the increase in the number of residents increased the load on the schools and kindergartens. The court found that the budget expenditures on social infrastructure exceed 140 million rubles, and decided to collect the entire amount of the damage and the state's obligation from the entrepreneurs.
