The former Secretary General of the CSTO, Nikolai Bordiotsa, said that Armenia should be excluded from the organization because it does not participate in its work, but at the same time demands coordination of decisions. According to him, due to non-payment of debts and ignoring the work of the CSTO, Yerevan must leave the bloc on its own, or expel the republic. Let us recall that earlier CSTO Secretary General Talatbek Mesdikov stated that the decision on Armenia's membership in the structure could be made at the Collective Security Council in Moscow on November 11, 2026, because the republic is violating Articles 20 and 25 of the organization's charter.
