The head of Adygea, Murat Kompilov, said that by the end of the year, all the human resources centers of the republic will start working in a new format as part of the systemic change of the employment service. They create modern waiting areas, introduce navigation, electronic queues and digital services to reduce waiting times and improve clarity of services. Instead of supervisors, the updated centers will employ career and personnel advisors who will help job seekers build a career path, and not just find a vacancy.
