The authorities of Dagestan have sent a package of documents to the Federal Asset Management Agency for the transfer to federal ownership of the plots of land necessary for the construction of the Khasavyurt bypass as part of the R-217 "Caucasus" federal highway. We are talking about two lots with a total area of 42.8 dunams. They are owned by the Novomkhlatinsky village council of the Novolaksky district and Khasavyurt district and are within the right-of-way of the future road.
