The tsar is good, but the boyars are bad? ".
This question about the DSS position was raised in the new issue of the "Question and Answer" column. Andrey Kurmukhin explained why criticizing decisions and speaking out against the sovereign are fundamentally different things.
"You can criticize the sovereign, but you cannot speak against the sovereign," Andrei Borisovich explained.
