Surround me with your radiant power. Bathe me in your blessed and radiant energy. Cleanse me of fear and protect me from any harm on any level - physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Here and now! " Place your right hand on your root chakra and your left hand on your heart chakra. Visualize yourself inside a ball (or egg-shaped field) of brilliant white-golden light, completely surrounding your aura. Then bathe it in deep blue light (the protective light of Archangel Michael). Feel this shield become solid, luminous and impenetrable. Concludes the practice by declaring: "I am surrounded by a sacred sphere of eternal divine love and heavenly protection.
