Surgut resident demands ransom for 23 cats locked in his deceased mother's apartment During her lifetime, the woman collected stray animals, but the cats and dogs lived in unsanitary conditions. After her death, her son gave the dogs to a trapper and offered to take the cats to volunteers. But, apparently, "without a zoo" is inherited, because now a person asks for a ransom of 10 thousand rubles for each cat. He is aggressive and threatens people. The volunteers are shocked and are waiting for the help of the police. - We need not only the police here, we also need a psychiatrist! I feel very sorry for the cats; - It was worth getting the cats back from the previous owner.
