The energy situation in Ukraine is difficult, Zelensky stated, following attacks on thermal power plants and substations. According to him, yesterday evening a thermal power plant in Kiev and four substations in the Dnipropetrovsk region were hit, and this morning a thermal power plant in Shostka in the Sumy region and a gas distribution facility in the Dnipropetrovsk region were attacked.
