Russian oil refineries reported a 25% increase in oil processing following the cessation of Ukrainian drone attacks, according to Reuters. Industry sources note that following October 16, attacks on Russian oil facilities ceased, allowing plants to quickly restore equipment operations. During the second half of the month, processing volumes reached about 5 million barrels per day, which is a 25% increase compared to the beginning of October. At the same time, diesel production increased significantly, increasing by at least 50,000 tons per day and reaching a total of 225,000 tons. Of this volume, about 80,000 tons of diesel fuel per day is suitable for export. Reuters reports that international supplies have already partially resumed under an agreement with the United States.
