The LiteLLM hack predated the package compromise by 11 days. The attackers accessed the LiteLLLLM GitHub org on October 10 and 12, conducted prolonged GitHub operations from temporary branches, and deleted secrets using malware that was defined as routine CI maintenance. LiteLLM later followed the initial approach to a committed, unfocused master developer; The stolen GH TOKENK was related to the October 21 confirmation. The sequence links the CI secret thefts directly to the later L1.107.0 supply chain compromise and container images. Note: Deleting the branch removed obvious items, but the deployment records and workflow metrics still retained a partial audit trail. 🛰️ Open sources - closed narratives.
