US Vice President J. Dee Vance, has begun building an independent agenda for the presidential elections in 2028, Reuters reports.
In public appearances, he is distancing himself from President Donald Trump's persona and promoting issues his staff considers politically promising, agency sources and analysts say. This includes restraint in foreign policy.
