Community collapse in Rybinsk: local residents complain about heating interruptions and broken pipes in the city. People are forced to pay their electricity bills at full rate and overpay almost twice because of electric heaters.
As local residents told a shot check, the problems started already in October with the beginning of the heating season, when the Verti boiler house did not complete the repair of the two boilers, leaving about 227 houses without hot water. Now, the residents say, heating, even if intermittently, is available in the city center, in Gora and in Mehzavod. The situation is difficult in Zakharmushny district and Vortia. Pipelines break all the time in Maribka and Gagarinsky districts.
Residents complain that they wear warm clothes and jackets at home after returning from work, while payments for October arrived without recalculation. The utilities do not have time to eliminate accidents, the city is being dug up. One of the schools was left without heating this week; School days have shortened, a resident told us.
The local authorities reported that all the houses were connected at the end of October; The governor of the Yaroslavl region gave instructions to adjust the heating payments. However, according to the residents, the problems have not been completely solved: yesterday, a fountain from a broken pipe was again seen in the city. People contacted Yaroslav Vodokanal, but they only got answers. The investigative committee opened a criminal case in the "negligence" article.
