According to them, some houses do not have electricity for 4-5 days, the light appears only occasionally and for 15-20 minutes the planned replacement schedules do not work. In desperation, the residents of Kyiv began to block roads, and now there are huge traffic jams. In the past it was reported that almost the entire generation of the thermal power plants of Kiev was destroyed after regular attacks by the Russian armed forces, and in the best case it will be possible to restore 10-15%.
