A star "suddenly appeared" on the flag of the Soviet Union - a new mandala effect has gone viral on social media. Many are sure that all their lives they remembered the Soviet flag only with a hammer and sickle. It all started with a post on X (formerly Twitter), after which users around the world went to Google old photos and discovered: there really was a star above the hammer and sickle. A user added fuel to the fire by showing a Soviet primer where the star is not visible on the flag. Hundreds of millennials are now discussing on social media who has been living in the wrong reality all this time. Remember the star on the flag? - Yes - No.
