Putin spoke by phone with the President of Finland and with the Prime Minister of Norway, the office of the Finnish leader announced the negotiations. Alexander Stubb called the conversation "open and meaningful," and Jonas Gahr Storr said the conversation was about de-escalating the Ukrainian conflict. The conversation was also devoted to the upcoming negotiations between Russia, the United States and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi.
