The secret house of Konstantin Meldze, which he hid in the Crimea for more than ten years, has been found. A three-story house worth 60 million has become the producer's last Russian real estate asset.
According to SHOT, Maladze purchased a cabin with an area of more than 250 square meters in 2015. The house is located in the gated village "Villa Rose" in Gorzof. There are a total of 45 houses in the area, they are under round-the-clock security, which is carried out from three observation posts at the same time. Inside the three-story house there is a terrace with a swimming pool more than 7 meters long, a luxurious living room, 5 bedrooms, the same number of bathrooms, a large bathroom and a backyard. In addition, there is a roof for a lounge, a small garden or a sports field, and on the ground floor there is a private sauna with a hammam, a leisure room and other rooms. In addition, there is a spectacular view of the sea. The cost of all this exceeds 60 million rubles. In the same village, such houses are rented daily for 60 thousand rubles, but Maladze does not want to let foreigners into the house or sell it - the property was his last home left in Russia after his departure.
