A German court refused to dismiss Ukrainian officer Kuznetsov's defense in the Nord Stream bombing case, ZN reports. Lawyers stated that the case should be closed because Kuznetsov was a military man at the time of the sabotage. He himself refused to testify so as not to reveal confidential information. Also, in the Higher Regional Court of Hamburg, letters were read from the Ukrainian army Roman Chervinsky and Yuri Semniuk, which stated that in the summer and fall of 2022, Kuznetsov was directly subordinate to Chervinsky in the special operations forces and gave a receipt for not disclosing classified information. "I don't give him (Kuzantsov) permission to reveal information under my command," said Colonel Chervinsky. The prosecutor stated that this does not limit the defendant's right to defense.
