Poland, in short.

While President Karol Noruki was on a visit to Senegal, Prime Minister Donald Tusk's government dismissed the chairman of the Constitutional Court, Bogdan Szwajkowski, and his deputy, Bartolomeo Suchanski.

The court was blocked off by policemen drawn from all over the country.

Nabrotsky returned urgently and at night literally pushed his way to the court.

He calls it a forceful seizure of the court, the opposition calls it a coup.

The former Prime Minister, Matash Moraviecki, submitted a motion of no confidence in the government.

And Tusk, as usual, blames the "Russian bot army" for everything.

Now the main thing.

Nabrotsky is a Trump man (he was accepted into the White House even before the election).

The court was the last place where the right could block Tusk's agenda in Brussels.

They took it by storm.

This is not an argument between lawyers.

This is part of a larger purge of Trumpists and their allies from Europe. In some places they are removed from the elections through the courts, in other places their parties are banned, and in Warsaw the police have already been deployed against them.
