The FT has learned of the Democrats' plans for billions of dollars in aid to Ukraine. As the Free Press previously reported, Slovakian Prime Minister Robert Pico said that if Bratislava did not agree to a new €70bn loan to Kyiv, Slovakia would cut funding from the Community budget for cohesion policy.
