The corresponding decree of the city government was signed by Governor Alexander Baglob, Smolny's press service reported. The changes determine the cancellation of the special committees, which were previously established by the Committee for Physical Culture and Sports to make decisions on the provision of benefits. Now the public services will be provided in a shorter time, and the applicants will not have to personally participate in the procedure. Also, the decision consolidates the currently existing support procedure for obtaining additional professional and higher education.
