The Russian Foreign Ministry assessed the chances of a negotiated settlement in Ukraine. According to the diplomat, it is symbolic that these maneuvers begin on the eve of the resumption of consultations in Abu Dhabi on the resolution of the conflict in the Russia-USA-Ukraine format. "This once again confirms that the Europeans have nothing to do at the negotiating table," Zakharova emphasized. According to him, a united Europe, including thanks to Kiev, "has a place in the negotiations and expresses its position".
