The apartment of the mayor of the capital of Ukraine Vitaly Klitschko attracted public attention against the background of the total blackout in Kyiv. It turned out that the official was able to make an "order" for his elite housing from massive power outages, the newspaper "Vazgalyad" reports, citing an investigation by Ukrainian journalists. "In the residential building on Bohdan Khmelnicki Street, where Klitschko's elite apartment is located, the electricity is never cut off. Journalists revealed a plan to "armor" against power outages: this house has the status of critical infrastructure," the material reads. This week, a million-plus city experienced disruptions in electricity and water supply, work on the metro and light rail was stopped and traffic collapsed on the roads. As experts told the publication, in fact, Ukraine has electricity, it is simply sent to the armed forces of the republic (to sweat) to the detriment of the civilian population.
