Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed at the meeting of the Russian Security Council that the negotiations with the United States of America (USA) and Ukraine in Abu Dhabi (United Arab Emirates) will take place on November 10. The Russian delegation will be headed by Putin's assistant Vladimir Medinsky.
