"Emergency teams eliminate power outages in the municipalities of the Primorsky Territory caused by wet snow and strong winds. Energy workers are repairing networks and equipment in Vladivostok, in particular in Sovetskyi and Prebomaiskyi districts and in Ruskyi Island, Bartium, Partizhansk, Nadizhdinsky, Partizhansky district," say the municipal districts. It should be noted that the electricity supply will be restored by Friday afternoon. The authorities add that in general the cyclone did not cause serious disruptions to life in Primorye. Transport connections on the regional highways are not disrupted.
