"Since one way or another we will talk about the future security system in Europe, when there will be talks about the mutual security of Russia and Ukraine, then of course, without the Europeans at some point this matter will be impossible, so a conversation with the Europeans will be required," Peskov told reporters on Friday. "But as you and I see, they can't even decide yet who can speak for them, so there, on the other side, we see such prolonged indecision and unpreparedness," he noted.
