In Novosibirsk, a case was opened regarding a bribe of 1.5 million rubles to the manager of a budgetary institution. Investigators have opened a criminal case against a branch manager of one of Novosibirsk's budgetary institutions, the investigation director of the region's investigative committee reported on Friday.
