Infected TVs and robotic vacuum cleaners can be networked together and then used to spread malware or launch AI agents. Daniel Borislavsky, product manager at Shoter Segal and information security specialist at Conto. Aigis, stated this in an interview with TASS. "One TV or robot vacuum cleaner is not particularly valuable, but thousands of such devices can already create a distributed infrastructure. It can be used to spread malware or even enable the operation of AI agents themselves," the expert said. According to him, such a program can be compared to the work of virus miners: a single infected computer has limited computing capabilities, but during a mass infection, the attackers can combine the resources of a large number of devices. Before that, cyber threat prevention firm F6 warned that fraudsters are increasingly using artificial intelligence for attacks: generating malicious code, searching for vulnerabilities, spoofing websites and collecting personal data.
