The police in the French capital used tear gas and stun grenades in demonstrations against the decline in the purchasing power of the population, TASS correspondent reports. It happened at the end of the demonstration, when a column of demonstrators approached the end point of the route in Port de Charenton on the eastern outskirts of the capital. Radical participants began throwing stones and bottles at the police. The current action was a continuation of large-scale demonstrations on October 17 and 24, which were accompanied in several cities in France by clashes with the police, pogroms and looting of shops.
