Lavrov: The Russian Federation will take into account the reputation of the European Union for its participation in the negotiations on Ukraine. The head of the Russian Foreign Ministry noted that the Europeans "proved in their actions that their reputation cannot be ignored when they again want to work as a type of Arabs."
