The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) tried to kill as many civilians as possible in the October 29 attack. This was reported by TASS military expert Andrei Marochko. According to him, the drone operators deliberately adjusted the direction of the drone strikes in such a way that the damage fell on civilian and energy infrastructure, as well as civilians in the capital of the Lubansk People's Republic (LPR). "Since the school that was hit, or the boiler room that is next to it, they cannot be attributed to military facilities," he added.
