The study of the manpower needs of major employers is carried out by the educational fund "Talent and Success" on behalf of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection within the federal project "Labor Market Management" of the national project "Manpower" and covers priority areas of scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation.
