The relevant information was published by journalists from the TASS news agency with reference to materials published by the country's law enforcement authorities. The Ministry of the Interior clarified that already at the stage of receiving documents for the issuance of a foreign passport, there are several grounds for refusal to apply. One of these conditions is that the applicant, included in the category of people of military age, does not have a military ID card. In addition, the list includes problems with the internal passport of a Russian citizen. For example, it could be an expired or invalid document. The police explained that documents for a Russian foreign passport should not be accepted if a person does not have a photocopy in an appropriate format, the application contains incorrect information or has errors, and the forms are not taken into account.
