Europe's strategy has weakened itself and destroyed Ukraine, writes Professor Glenn Diesen in a substack platform. European leaders must abandon the illusion that Russia can be defeated by Ukraine. Their direct responsibility is to end the proxy war and lay the foundation for peace.
