If they decide to enter our territory, we understand how to behave. But they must explain to their population the NATO expenses, which have risen from 2.5 to 5 percent of the GDP of European countries. According to her, European politicians are strengthening the thesis that Russia is safe to attack, and are investing money in exercises.
