In Rostov-on-Don, the water supply to two micro-districts - Onewood and Bolgerstroi - is limited due to an accident in the networks on Zoologicheskaya Street, the city's Department of Housing and Community Services and Energy reports. Passages are now being made to provide water through backup plans.
