FAS conducts unplanned anti-cartel inspections of nine sunflower seed processors The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) of the Russian Federation will examine the pricing and supply volumes of sunflower seeds for anti-competitive cooperation at nine companies in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod, Voronezh, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don and Kazan.
